ITALY:

Shipping costs are added to the total amount and they are calculated automatically at the end of the purchase.
Shipping amount in Italy can be between € 6.50 and € 7.99 (excluding cash on delivery, + € 4.99), including islands according to the carrier, which can be Brt or Ups Access Point.

EUROPE:

Shipments within Europe will be carried out by Ups Access Point since € 11.90 and by Ups Standard, whose cost can be between €16.90 and €30.90 according to the area. You can find other information about the areas at: www.ups.com

• TIME AND METHODS

The SHIPPING is done by carrier Brt and Access Point Ups.
It will be within 48/72 hours since the order, except for Saturday, Sunday, holiday and other problems due to the carrier and not to shopfarma24.com.

Delivery times refer to Italy, including islands, where the delivery will be within 48/72 hours.

NB:
delivery time = order time + shipping time.

• COMPLAINTS

When the carrier delivers the goods, the Customer has to check:

-the quantity of delivered goods which has to correspond with the quantity indicated in the transport document;

-the package has to be intact, does not have to be damaged, wet, or modified, including closed materials (adhesive tape or straps).

Possible damages or different quantity of goods have to be communicated to shopfarma24.com immediately at: ordini@shopfarma24.com to enable the beginning of the complaint against the carrier.

BE CAREFUL: The goods related to the complaint have to remain in the same conditions of alteration in order to enable the carrier to begin the procedure.

Within 48/72 hours since the procedure’s beginning, the carrier will check the goods.
If it is possible, the carrier will take a picture.

If some products are not included in the shipping, it has to be communicated to shopfarma24.com immediately at: ordini@shopfarma24.com.

Each complaint has to be sent including sender information (name, surname, address, telephone and emails).
